Though they probably don't really give a damn, I enjoy telling them that.
They always seem to fear the worst even though I tell them I can handle it.
I know its a parent thing, but still...


The next day, Friday, I went with my mom, bro, sis, aunt, and cousin Sara to Midvalley to watch a movie.
We ended up watching Bedtime Stories since Twilight was already no longer showing.
Sob. I wanted to watch it again!!
I'm already absorbed completely by the Twilight Series.
Reading the final book xD

While we were there, b4 the movie, me and Sara n my sis went for a walk in The Gardens.
Here, we met my ex-class teacher, Pn. Toh.
She was just back from a trip to Europe apparently. Lucky her.
Though, I was a bit dissapointed she didn't react the way I hoped she did.

Mostly when I met ppl I havent seen in awhile, they would looked shocked at my change.
But she didn't even seem to notice it.
Guess being a teacher so long must have made her immune to see change among her students.
Sigh.




Anyway, the 2nd time i officially drove was to fetch my mom down to her office.
I stayed there and went to the CC awhile.
I even went to Parkson with my mom and sis for awhile, which was where my new year luck began.

I was gonna change my leftover Thai money back to RM.
I know, although I had 240 Baht (thai currency) left, I could atleast get about rm20++ back.
Better than nothing.

But then, the currency changer guy did something unexpected.
He gave me back rm236.
Yes. Two Hundred and Thrity Six Ringgit Malaysia!!!


My mom asked me to keep the money back in my pocket for safety, but I told her later first la!!
Walk first!!
She didn't know the guy gave me back the wrong amount back then.

After I told her, it was sooo cool!!!
I can't believe my wealth luck.

Guess Feng Shui stuff is really getting to me since I've read the Metal Horse (my element as a horse borned in 1990) has good wealth and relationship luck this year.

Well, I couldn't ask for more for my wealth luck, but I hope the relationship luck does come true.
Hehehe.

But I wouldn't put my hopes too high. ><



Moving on, yesterday then, I went over to a New Year party organized by some of my friend Vee Shian's church members.
They were really friendly and this is the 2nd time i've been to one of their functions.

Overall, the night was quite ncie other than the fact I was quite tired for some reason that night.
Probably something to do with the fact that I slept at 4am the previous night!!

Anyway, I was close to falling asleep until the gang of teens there organized a card game called "Silent Killer".
That really woke me up for the night!!

And once the event was over around almost midnight, me and Sara went to stay over at Vee Shian's house.

Over there, the fun didnt stop.
As soon as Vee Shian's mom was asleep, me and V.Shian went over to his sis's room to join her and Sara.


We played UNO and many different card games all night till 3am!!
Then finally, giving in to our exhaustion, we called it quits and went to sleep.



Well, honestly, it was a fun way to start the year.
I don't know about anyone else, but I feel this year is just gonna keep getting better and better!!


Oh ya, and also I want to take this chance to recommend anyone who hasnt already read the Twilight Series to read it.
It really is an extraordinary novel!!


I never could've imagined anything that could be in competition with J.K.Rowling's novels.
I hope u guys could enjoy it as I could.
I'm already reading forth and final book to its final chapters already!!
And I've just started ready probably a week ago.

I think I might finish the book by tomorrow^^
