Hey!! Sorry all. Been so long since my last post. I believe it was a day after I got back from Penang? Well, after exams and work, I got lazy and the only free time I had was devoted 2 gaming xD But since got 2 leng lui wan me 2 update lo.. then I update lo.. Wakakaka!! Hmm, where do I start? K la. Start from Penang trip. Since I did promise to post about it.. It. Was. AWESOME!! We were only there for 3D2N, but the way I enjoyed it this time was far better than before! Las time, I jz ate, and swim at the pool. Nothing special. This time, well... They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Here should be enough for a couple thousand. xD Day 1. Journey to Penang...  On the way, there's a place called Restoran Jejantas.  Sky is still quite dark. We departed at 6am so that we would be able 2 reach earlier xD  This is the tunnel near Ipoh.  In the tunnel!!  Hahaha. Car boredom. Kept listenin 2 songs n sleeping oni. Penang Scenery...  Finally arrive at Penang bridge!!! Penang seems very peaceful and relaxing somehow. Stopping at Air Itam market to eat their delicious Roti Canai!!I know. KL aso got. But this specific store's is the best!! U've gotta eat it, to believe it.  The amazing huge tree of Penang.I think I'm only 1/3 of the tree when standing near it. xD It is near the place whre we went to pray my dearly beloved grandmom. May she rest in peace^^  And... Gurney Hotel!! Time to check in!!Right. So after we checked in, we pretty much got ourselves settled down 1st while waiting for Sara and her family and my grandma to get here. They left KL pretty late. 10am. But once they got here, we didn't waste much time. Swimming... Heh. I didn't want to let things get too boring this time, so I asked my aunt and her maid to help us take pics wif my phone!! I know. Genius xD  Heh. Me n Sara in the kids pool.The adult pool is just too cold!!!  Sara. Me. Mandy (sis). And Daniel (bro). Same people. Diff pose xD Cool eh? I luv this pic!!^^ Haha. Me n Sara laying around.Sigh. I nid 2 keep fit edi ><  Well, was tryin 2 do imitate a pic i found las time of a guy showin his feet but lookin at the view of a sea and sand n evrythin..But ended up taking a whole diff scenery!! Erm, if u look closely and zoom in a lil, u'll c wht i mean xD  Chillin. Me n My sis. Eh? Tis one no pose de.. Hahaha. My bro actually looks chubby in tis pic!!After swimming, we headed back to the room to take a shower. And since my bro was usin the bathtub, he was exceptionally long!! So.. while waiting.. this happened...  Pose 1. Pose 2. Pose 3. Home Alone future pose!!What?! I was bored. And it was kinda fun...  Even my sis agrees xDDLater.. While my parents brought my grandma to see a "sin sei".. Like a chinese doctor, in Butterworth.. Me n my bro n sis followed Sara n her family for dinner and shopping. 1st Night in Penang..  Had dinner in a restaurant in Gurney Drive.Not Bad xD  Night view looks so nice^^ Heh. Shopping for Sara's clothes in Gurney Plaza. Sigh.After all the hardwork i put in to help her choose the clothes. She ends up liking the jeans ==''  Sara n Mandy.Day 2. Next morning... We went in search for Asam Laksa and Prawn Mee. For breakfast. But, before we were even done leaving Gurney Drive... My dad's car decided to die in front of a traffic light. So, Me, my mom, n my uncle pushed it to the side of the road. I originally tried to get Sara to take a picture of us pushing the car for ur viewing pleasure.. But she didnt get a chance since her dad was already driving too fast to another corner. After that, we left the car whre it was and decided to deal with it later. We then continued to squeeze into Sara's car and head for breakfast. All TWELVE of us!!  It wasn't pretty.Breakfast...  Found the usual coffee shop to eat. While waiting for food to arrive, enjoyed the Apung.Or, isit Apong? Apom? Nvm.  Penang Wanton Mee and Cincau.Duno y, bt penang food tastes waayy betetr than KL food, even though the same. haiz, move aside la KL food!! xD After breakfast, we headed back to the hotel to get changed. Then, without wasting time, we headed off to Paradise Hotel.. Why? To use their beach of course!!! xD Theirs is better and cleaner and nicer than most beaches!! Plus, Gurney hotel dun hv beach aso. Lame. Fun in the Sun...  Sis n bro playin Sandcastles. Swt. He's a bigger poser than me sometimes!! Tryin 2 fight the forces of the ocean.. =='' Haha. Sara so noob... Dun dare 2 get wet worrr... U mz b wonderin whre am I while they're havin all the fun.. Here's ur answer.I'm tanning xDD  Sis joinin me awhile. Uncle n Grandma. Haha. Look at my aunt n uncle.So relax. Jz makan oni wakakaka!!  Okay, I rdy 2 hv sum fun nw.And I'll start wif Sara.... *smiles evilly*  Nw attack!!! Heh. Told ya I'd get u wet Sara. Muhahaa!! Ahh.. Swimming in the ocean willingly for the first time.Feels great.  Trying to recreate a mermaid clone with sand xD Hmm. I like this pic.Makes me look more fit xDD  Heh. Project Mermaid complete. And now.. we feast!! xD And the posers strike again!! Breaking News!!As the sea creatures begin to advance towards land.. A poser is among them!! :P  Hehe.. Okay. This pic should be easy.. Ahh!! Retreat!!My eyes!!! The horror!!! xD Okay. So after all tht fun, we headed back to the hotel for awhile before continuing for our dinner. Back at the hotel...  Err... this is me in the bathtub..Erm, its sensored and the background color is a bit creepy!! 2nd night in Penang..  Went to Gurney Plaza again for awhile before dinner. Tried this shirt. Isit nice?^^ Had dinner at Restoran 77.Eat curry fish head.  After dinner, me, sara n her maid walked over 2 gurney plaza Red Box. Sara sing k. I sing k. WE sing k.. amazing right? xDD Left Red Box at 11.15pm.Cool to c Gurney Plaza closed 4 once. So empty. Last Day. Finally, we had 2 leave Penang. And with my dad's car M.I.A, we had to all squeeze into Sara's Naza car. Except my mom n dad though. They had to take a bus back to KL. Poor thing.  Taking one last look at the beautiful view.Farewell Penang!!  Took 1 las photo in the Hotel while waitin 4 the elevator...After we checked out and crossed the Penang bridge, My aunt said we were gonna stop by sumwhre for lunch 1st...  Erm, nvr heard of tis place b4, but it smelled heavily of fish! So much to eat.. And I am still full from tis morning's breakfast!! Halfway through the trip back home,the seat got too tight and uncomfortable to squeeze in. So I moved to the floor LoL!! Well, that's about it for my trip to Penang. The important stuff anyway. Hope u guys could feel at least a little of what I felt experiecing this trip. It was one of the best Penang trips I ever had! I would know. I've been there almost every year!! Anyway, next time I'll try to update u guys about my exams and my work. But until then... G'Nite All!!  told ya i luv tis pic hehehe.. |
